  ACO Workgroup

Colleagues,

We have joined the Brookings/Dartmouth Accountable Care Organization Learning Network. This is an educational program to help us better understand the ACO model and actually see how other organizations are implementing this model.

Please refer back to this page for information about upcoming and previous events.

Webinar materials and information about our meetings will be archived here.

If you would like to be included in the email list, please contact Dr. Penuel.

Meeting Announcement:

Meetings to discuss the materials presented in the webinars will be held in HealthPark Conference Room 607 (Go up elevators near the emergency room. Go to the left and the conference room is at the end of the hall.)

Next meeting: TBA

Please see the attached article from the September 24, 2009 issue of NEJM. It ties in nicely with the theme of our meeting later this week regarding ACOs.  There is also a video, Perspective Roundtable: Costs of Healthcare that is worthwhile. Elliott Fisher is one of the participants. The video does not require a subscription to the journal. Follow this link to access the video: http://content.nejm.org/
